PawSight - Privacy Statement
Last updated: June 20, 2026
1) Scope
This Privacy Statement explains how Evalua Studio LLC ("PawSight," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information through the PawSight mobile application, website, and related services.
2) The Information We Collect
A) Information you provide directly
- account information such as name, email address, authentication identifiers, and support communications;
- pet profile information such as pet name, species, breed, sex, reproductive status, age or birth year, and weight;
- content you submit, including symptom descriptions, photos, videos, audio, and feedback;
- information you provide when requesting support, deletion, or other account-related help.
B) Information collected automatically
- device identifiers, app version, operating system, and technical diagnostics;
- usage events, feature usage and interaction events, crash information, performance data, and analytics signals;
- authentication and session metadata needed to keep you signed in securely;
- location information, including approximate or precise location, when you choose to enable location-based features.
C) Sensitive or higher-risk data categories
- photos, videos, and audio recordings you upload;
- precise geolocation, if enabled by you;
- information that may describe a pet health situation or emergency context.
3) Sources of Information
We collect personal information:
- directly from you;
- from your device and app usage;
- from identity providers you use to sign in, such as Apple or Google, subject to their settings and disclosures;
- from service providers that help us operate the Service.
4) How We Use Information
We may use personal information to:
- create and manage accounts and authenticate users;
- store pet profiles and related user preferences;
- process submitted text, images, video, audio, and related context to generate AI-assisted pet health outputs;
- provide assessment history, reports, and app features you request;
- enable subscription, billing, restore, and account-access workflows;
- detect misuse, fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- debug, maintain, improve, and measure app performance and reliability;
- comply with law, enforce our Terms, and protect rights, safety, and property.
Location information is used only for features that require location context, where available, and only when enabled by you.
5) AI and Automated Processing
PawSight uses automated systems and AI models to analyze user-provided inputs and generate informational outputs. These systems may process uploaded text, media, pet profile details, device context, and related metadata in order to provide the requested features.
Unless we separately disclose otherwise and obtain any consent required by law, we do not use your submitted photos, videos, audio, or symptom text to train our own general-purpose AI models. We may, however, use de-identified, aggregated, or operational data for product analytics, security, debugging, service quality measurement, and feature reliability where permitted by law.
Third-party cloud, speech, and AI providers may process your inputs on our behalf to operate the Service. Depending on the provider and feature, this processing may involve temporary logging, abuse-monitoring, security review, or short-term retention under the provider's infrastructure and contractual controls. We instruct providers to process data for service-delivery purposes rather than for unrelated marketing to you, but their systems may still handle the data transiently to maintain, secure, and support the service they provide to us.
Human review is not part of the ordinary automated assessment workflow unless we separately disclose that review for a specific feature, support request, safety investigation, abuse-prevention need, or legal/compliance purpose.
6) How We Disclose Information
We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients:
- cloud hosting, storage, database, and infrastructure providers;
- authentication and identity providers;
- analytics, diagnostics, and crash-reporting providers;
- AI, speech, and machine-learning service providers that help us process requested features;
- subscription, app-store, and payment-related providers to manage purchases and entitlement status;
- professional advisors, auditors, insurers, and legal or compliance recipients where reasonably necessary;
- government, law enforcement, courts, regulators, or transaction counterparties where required or appropriate by law or corporate transaction.
Current examples of providers we use or may use include Google Firebase for analytics and diagnostics, ElevenLabs for speech-related features, RevenueCat for subscription and entitlement workflows, and Amazon Web Services including Amazon Bedrock for hosting, storage, and AI-related processing.
Subscription purchases are processed by Apple, Google, or other platform providers. We generally do not receive or store your full payment card information.
Personal information may also be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction.
6A) Third-Party Provider Information
For additional transparency, the providers listed below publish their own privacy notices, service terms, and related data-processing materials. These third-party materials are provided for convenience only, may change over time, and do not replace this Privacy Statement or independently determine how PawSight handles your information.
- Google Firebase: Privacy and Security in Firebase and Firebase Data Processing and Security Terms
- ElevenLabs: Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Data Processing Addendum
- RevenueCat: Privacy Policy, Terms, and GDPR / processor information
- Amazon Web Services and Amazon Bedrock: AWS Privacy Notice, AWS Service Terms, Amazon Bedrock data protection documentation, Amazon Bedrock security and privacy, and Bedrock third-party model terms
7) Sale, Sharing, and Advertising
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not use PawSight as an advertising-supported product or knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that changes, we will update this Privacy Statement and any required notices.
We do not sell uploaded pet health information, photos, videos, or audio recordings to data brokers.
8) Permissions and Just-in-Time Controls
Certain app features request access to your camera, microphone, photos, files, biometrics, or location. We request these permissions in context, when needed for the feature you are trying to use. You can change many of these permissions in your device settings.
9) Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this statement, including to provide the Service, maintain security, resolve disputes, satisfy legal obligations, and enforce our agreements.
- account and pet-profile information may be retained while your account remains active and, unless deleted sooner, for up to 12 months after account closure;
- uploaded content and assessments may be retained as part of your account history until deleted by you or us;
- diagnostic, analytics, and security logs may be retained for shorter operational periods or longer where needed for legal and security reasons;
- backups may persist for limited periods before they are overwritten or deleted.
10) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including measures such as encryption in transit and safeguards for data at rest where supported by the relevant platform or service. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11) International and Cross-Border Processing
PawSight is based in the United States and may use service providers in the United States, Canada, and other jurisdictions. As a result, your personal information may be processed outside your province, territory, or state and may be accessible to foreign governments, courts, or regulators under applicable law.
12) Your Choices and Rights
A) General choices
- You can update certain profile information in the app.
- You can remove the app or revoke device permissions through your device settings.
- You can request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal and operational limits.
- You can also initiate account deletion directly in the app from the navigation drawer by using the Delete Account option.
B) U.S. state privacy rights
Depending on where you live and whether a state privacy law applies to us, you may have rights such as access, correction, deletion, portability, opt-out rights, and information about how your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed. Some laws also provide a right to appeal a denial.
If applicable law gives you these rights, you may submit a request using our designated contact methods described below. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity, may deny or limit a request where permitted by law, and may need to retain certain information for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, billing, recordkeeping, or other lawful internal purposes.
Where permitted by applicable law, you may also use an authorized agent to submit certain requests on your behalf. We may require proof of the agent's authority and may still ask you to verify your identity directly. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights that apply to us under applicable law.
C) California disclosures
If the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended ("CCPA"), applies to us, California residents may have rights to know, access, delete, correct, and obtain information about personal information collected, used, disclosed, or retained about them, subject to exceptions. California residents may also have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where those rights apply.
We do not currently sell personal information for money, and we do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We collect and use sensitive information, such as precise geolocation or uploaded media where enabled or provided by you, only for the limited purposes described in this statement, such as providing requested features, security, fraud prevention, quality assurance, and other permitted business purposes.
The PawSight app is not designed to track your browsing activity across unrelated third-party websites over time for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because browser-based "Do Not Track" standards are not uniform, our public website may not respond to every browser DNT signal. If we ever engage in sales, sharing, or comparable cross-context advertising practices that trigger an opt-out right, we will update this statement and provide any required opt-out method, including recognition of required browser or device-based preference signals to the extent required by applicable law.
D) Canada and meaningful consent
If you are in Canada, we rely on consent and other permitted grounds under applicable privacy law to collect, use, and disclose personal information. In seeking meaningful consent, we aim to make clear the key elements that matter most, including what information we collect, the purposes for which we use it, the types of third parties that may process it, and the reasonably foreseeable consequences of using the Service, including that uploaded media and pet-health-related context may be processed by U.S. or other cross-border service providers.
You may request access to, correction of, or withdrawal of consent for certain processing, subject to legal, contractual, and operational limits. Withdrawing consent may limit or prevent continued use of some Service features where that processing is necessary to operate them.
13) How to Exercise Rights or Request Deletion
To request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy help, use the in-app tools where available or contact us at:
For the fastest deletion method, open the PawSight app, open the navigation drawer, and select Delete Account. That workflow is intended to trigger immediate deletion of your account and associated data from active PawSight systems.

- your name;
- the email address associated with your account; and
- a description of the request.
We may request additional information to verify your identity and protect the security of your account and information.
Where required by applicable law, we will respond within the time required by that law. If we deny a request in whole or in part, we will explain the basis for the denial to the extent required, and if an appeal right applies, we will explain how to submit the appeal. Unless a different method is required by law, appeals may be submitted by replying to our response email with the word "Appeal" in the subject line and a short explanation of why you believe the result should be reconsidered.
For verified deletion requests submitted by email or another manual channel, we aim to process the request within 30 days, although certain information may be retained for longer periods where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, dispute-resolution, backup, or compliance purposes.
14) Children's Privacy
PawSight is intended for adult users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the Service. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us improperly, contact us so we can review and address it.
15) Changes to This Privacy Statement
We may update this Privacy Statement from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date and, where we choose, a version identifier.
If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice through the app, website, email, or another reasonable method where required by law. When required by law, or when we choose to do so for important changes, we may require you to review and affirmatively acknowledge or accept the updated Privacy Statement before you continue using all or part of the Service.
